Each Purchase Order is dedicated to a particular merchandiser to take care of it. The reason being: That merchandiser gets thoroughly versed with the order throughout the lead time following any or several (mostly–always) changes the order undergoes – be it the quantity, colour combos, size assortments, packaging details , quantities in the carton box / shipping marks – invoice and packing lists.
He/she shoulders the responsibilities for hassle free shipment of goods and follows up till goods reach the warehouse of the client and the supplier gets his payment.
